LORD, YOU ARE GREAT AND YOUR KINGDOM NEVER ENDS!

Luke 1: 26 - 38
26     In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,
27     to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
28     And he came to her and said, "Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!"
29     But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered in her mind what sort of greeting this might be.
30     And the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
31     And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus.
32     He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David,
33     and he will reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there will be no end."
34     And Mary said to the angel, "How shall this be, since I have no husband?"
35     And the angel said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God.
36     And behold, your kinswoman Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son; and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren.
37     For with God nothing will be impossible."
38     And Mary said, "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word." And the angel departed from her.

Reflection
As the year comes to a close, I began to think, will the blessings and breakthroughs of the Lord that He lavishly poured upon my lap still continue?

The theme that the Lord gave me this year is "Heaven is Yours!". It became a year of favor and God did great things in my life which are far beyond my dreams and imagination. He made me taste the richness and abundance of His kingdom.

Today, the Lord assured me that His kingdom will have no end and He will continue to manifest His greatness in me.

Prayer
Father in heaven, thank you so much for making me experience the greatness of your Son, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Truly, He made my joy full and complete! Nothing is impossible with you Lord and you have proven that over and over in my life. What I am and who I am today is all because of you. Your love made me rise! May your kingdom continue to reign over me and my family for all of eternity. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

HOW CAN HEAVEN BE MINE?

Matthew 7: 21, 24 - 27
21     "Not every one who says to me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
24     "Every one then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house upon the rock;
25     and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.
26     And every one who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house upon the sand;
27     and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell; and great was the fall of it."

I KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO THE WEARY

The Lord God has given me a well-trained tongue, that I might know how to speak to the weary a word that will rouse them. -- Isaiah 50:4

Father in heaven, morning after morning you open my ear that I may hear; and I have not rebelled, have not turned back. You are my help, therefore I am not disgraced; I have set my face like flint, knowing that I shall not be put to shame.

I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST

Not that I complain of want; for I have learned, in whatever state I am, to be content. I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound; in any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and want. I can do all things in him who strengthens me (Philippians 4:11-13).

Father in heaven, in all circumstances, I can do all things in Jesus Christ who strengthens me!
